HELLMAN ANNOUNCES NEW TWIN CITIES REGIONAL LOCATION Historic Office Building Selected for Agency Expansion

Hellman, a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations firm headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa, has expanded its services in the Minneapolis-regional area, with a new office location and additional staffing resources. The firm’s Twin Cities office is now located in the historic Gilbert Building in St. Paul. Prior to this move, the Hellman office was located in a smaller facility in Minneapolis.
“For more than 40 years, Hellman has produced creative work that generates results for our Twin Cities-based clients,” said Phil Akin, President and CEO at Hellman. “This new location is much larger and more centrally located, which better aligns with our agency’s growth strategy."
Kathy Forslund, Executive Vice President/Senior Account Executive, and David Trebel, Vice President/Regional New Business Manager, together, lead all current and new business initiatives in the Twin Cities region. Their combined experience positions the agency for continued success.
“The Minneapolis-area is currently one of our largest markets in the United States,” said Bob Hellman, Founder and Chairman of the Board at Hellman. “It only makes sense for us to commit our resources in locations that are home to the industries we serve, including manufacturing, renewable energy and healthcare.”
