Changing banks is a big deal. Especially for business owners. One financial institution challenged Hellman to deliver their message in a way that would get noticed, and result in face-to-face appointments for their commercial lenders.
Creative Solutions:
A "teaser" package was created featuring an actual CNB bank bag with a dollar bill enclosed, and the message "There's more where this came from." It asked prospects to keep their eyes open for something big to come.
The second piece was a gift bag that included a miniature safe with a message locked inside. The text on the safe asked "How much cash did we stash in your safe?" owners.
The prospect needed to call the bank and set up an appointment to get the secret combination that would open the safe and reveal the amount of their "Stash Of Cash" prize.
At each meeting, CNB staff would have the opportunity to make their presentation on business-banking services.
