Ongoing management of an email marketing program is inherently complex. From database segmentation and managing editorial calendars to A/B testing and tracking, it's sometimes hard to focus on the creative. So John Deere Financial hired Hellman to do just that -- for their 12 different divisions.

Strategy

Hellman has managed the creative side of the John Deere Financial email program since 2004, and we've evolved with the program and the technology. Today we produce the templates and layouts for all JDF emailers, producing both HTML and plain text. We also work with the JDF team to customize the emailers with special offers, promotions and equipment features, and test launch all emailers in the JDF Responsys system.
